Eye and Orbital Anatomy Course
Category: Training - Other
Date: March 20th 2015 8:30am until 5:00pm
Following the success of last year's dissection course, this one day event covering eye and orbital anatomy is being presented again.
This cadaveric dissection course is targeted towards Ophthalmic trainees and those studying for the FRCOphth Part 1. It is also ideal for anyone who wants to gain a more in-depth understanding of the regional anatomy relevant to a future in this surgical specialty. Last year's course was attended by junior trainees as well as senior trainees/fellows.
Delegates will get the opportunity to dissect the orbital contents and ocular adnexa, as well as review prosected material covering the visual pathway, cranial nerves and regional anatomy.
All teaching will be in small groups to facilitate interactive learning, with a low tutor-student ratio.
